One of the items I received in my Vitality Vox Box was the Softlips Cube in Pmegranate Blueberry flavor. I wasn't sure if I would like this product as I already have a favorite go-to lip-balm that I couldn't imagine parting with. Still, I find myself reaching for this one in particular now.
- The round shaped balm makes application very easy. It just seems to make it easier to coat my lips in one quick swipe.
- The cubed container itself makes it much harder to lose this bad boy. At first I wasn't sure about it, thinking it may be awkward to hold, but it actually isn't. Why is this a pro? It doesn't roll away. Ever. I've tossed this thing around a bit (as I do with all my important items, i.e., lip balm, bobby pins, pens, hair ties, everything else that I always lose), and haven't had it roll under any sofas, or off of any tables.
- The actual lip balm is wonderful. It doesn't feel heavy, but it does feel like it's working. It's smooth and glossy, without feeling sticky. I also noticed a tingly sensation when put it on, almost like when putting on a mint infused balm.
- The taste and smell is pleasant, but not overpowering.
The cons:
- It does seem a bit small for my liking. I'm afraid I'll use it up too quickly!
- Not many flavor choices (yet). This will likely (hopefully) change as the product line grows.
